We provide a direct door-to-door delivery service and our excellent relationship with third party carriers ensures your products receive the right attention to safeguard a smooth and successful delivery to their final destination. We have a range of experience and expertise from the shipment of multiple containers overseas by sea freight, to delivering small packets which can be printed, packed and despatched on demand the same day.
Upon dispatch we can send an email notification to the recipient that provides details of the number of items in a consignment, together with tracking information so that the recipient is aware of what to expect and also when this will be delivered. SCD has the administrative tools to track to the box level and not just the consignment level, so should there be a query we can provide information of the contents within a specific box.
For example, for our Awarding Body clients administering examinations, we manage the return distributions from centres back to SCD, providing a complete closed loop traceable service. A redistribution of scripts to markers against marker allocation lists and predetermined procedures can be arranged through our PPMS web portal allowing access arrangements on an individual or question basis. Management information is available at all stages to you which will provide complete control of progress, packing, consignment contents and returns.
