As the assessment world moves headlong towards e-assessment and the printed assessment seemingly being thrown out with the bath water, we will explore how innovation in print can keep Awarding Bodies current and how this can be combined with e-assessment delivering the best of both worlds.
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in the Security Print market holding a variety of roles both in the UK and Overseas. Tim has audited and advised a number of Awarding Bodies who have then implemented new strategies to bring about efficiencies, savings and improved integrity. During this session Tim will share these experiences and also those from other industries that discarded print on how combining both physical and electronic strategies provides a healthy blend.
If you are an Awarding Body that currently uses printed assessments and are tasked with moving to e-assessment, then this session will provide food for thought for establishing the right goals and objectives.
Delegates will take away:-
- Lessons learnt from other industries
- Current innovation for printed assessments
- How to get the advantages of combining on-line marking with a printed assessment
Tim will be presenting at the breakfast fringe session on the morning of 23rd October.
The Federation of Awarding Bodies Conference will take place 22-23 October at the Marriott Hotel, Leicester.
